Hello everyone! I'm Martyna, the heart and soul behind Makile, and I'm thrilled to share a little piece of my world with you.
At 30, I wear many hats – a devoted mom to two little rays of sunshine, a loving wife, and a passionate creator. Arts and Crafts have been my constant companions, from school recitations and acting to creating my own poetry. I've painted, worked as a florist, and dabbled in home décor crafts. However, it was embroidery that stole my heart four years ago. The intricacies of thread, the rhythmic dance of the needle – it's a language I've come to speak with my hands.
As a mother, my perspective on life has evolved, and I've become more conscious of health and ecology. This newfound awareness, coupled with my deep respect for nature, laid the foundation for the birth of the Makile brand. It is not just a business venture; it's a manifestation of my commitment to creating a better world for my children. Drawing inspiration from my passion for home décor and a love for the unique qualities of linen fabric, Makile embodies both elegance and environmental consciousness.
